The rates above include a Breakfast Basket in your Suite every morning. The rates are PER COUPLE, PER NIGHT, AND PLUS TAX. Two Night Minimums apply on weekends and holidays. Children and Pets are Not Accommodated. All Suites are Non-Smoking , however, smoking on your private oceanfront deck & grounds is allowed. CANCELLATION: 7 days advance notice is required. All cancellations will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. So, if you are unsure about your dates do not make a reservation. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged for the first night. (We are not responsible for the weather but, if we cancel your reservation due to the occasional threat of a hurricane watch or warning, there is no charge - we worry about that so you don't have to!)

We are also reducing the Weekend Rates to $229 with a Minimum 2 night stay. (regularly $269-Save $40 a night on Friday and Saturday)
Endless Summer Rates	August 20 - September 2 : Endless Summer Rates: Make a Reservation and the Midweek Rate is only $189. (Regularly $229 during the week - Save $40 a night midweek).
